Time Management Extension Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This notice explains what the Steady Call Connect Time Management extension for Google Chrome records, why, who can see it and how long it is kept. The extension is published by Steady Call Connect LLC ("Steady Call Connect", "we", "us") for its own staff and contractors. It is not for the public: it does nothing until you sign in with a staff account your administrator created for you.

Installing the extension and signing in means you understand that, while tracking is on, your work activity is recorded for payroll, time records and internal quality and compliance.

1. What the extension records

Only while you are signed in and tracking is on (you pressed Start):

2. Screenshots

3. What we never do

4. Where it is kept and who can see it

The information is kept in our private database and file storage, hosted by Supabase. Only Steady Call Connect's authorized personnel (administrators and the managers and reviewers they name) can see it, in our staff portal, as well as the people who run these systems for us. Staff in an agent role cannot see other people's screenshots or tracked details.

5. How long it is kept

Tracked information, including screenshots, is kept as long as we need it for payroll and business records. When a staff account is removed, its tracked information is deleted as part of offboarding.

6. Your choices and requests

You can stop tracking or sign out at any time from the extension's toolbar button. Current and former staff may ask questions or make requests about their information, including to see their own screenshots, through their manager or by writing to support@steadycallconnect.com.

7. Changes to this notice

If what the extension records changes, we update this notice and its date, and we tell staff where the law requires it.

8. Contact
